This curriculum was designed to support New Year’s Resolutions with the creation and maintenance of new habit behaviors that promote self-care for health and healing. It incorporates some of the SuperHealth Curriculum.*
Each week in addition to practicing our Kundalini Kriyas and Meditations, we’ll briefly explore topics related to Kundalini Yoga that will help us sustain our New Year’s Resolutions. Please bring a journal for personal reflections. Classes are scheduled for 90 minutes, but depending on the topic and discussion, could be longer. You are invited to stay after class to journal and for tea and further discussion.
While each class is complete in and of itself, please consider making a commitment to attend all the classes for maximal benefit.
