VH Hatha Yoga – Sunday Class
This weekly Hatha Yoga class is inspired by Vickie’s experience as a Kripalu and Dharma Yoga Teacher. Enjoy an even paced, gentle flow. Sequences vary and may include Sun Salutations. Classes include stretching and deep relaxation. This is a moderately physical practice. Before you begin, gather your props. You will need your yoga mat and may want to use a blanket, cushion, bolster, blocks, and strap.
