VH Kundalini Yoga – Tuesday Class

Theme for this class: I am calm and strong!

As Kundalini Yoga expands consciousness, it both energizes and calms the mind and body, balancing all the body systems.   Classes include Pranayam (breathing exercises), Kriya (physical exercises), Deep Relaxation and Meditation.  The practice incorporates Mudra (hand and body gestures/positions) and Mantra (sound repetition/chanting). No experience required, but please be aware that this is a strong physical practice. Before you begin, gather your props.  You will need your yoga mat and may want to use a blanket and cushion or bolster to sit on.

Dates: Weekly on Tuesdays

Time: 6:15 – 7:45 pm
