Life, living… It’s what we do, all day, everyday. And, feeding ourselves is a big part of it. I love to cook and nourish others through my cooking! The practice of Ayurveda gives me the opportunity to do this everyday. I am so excited to share my hands on, home practice with you. With a common sense approach I’ll share an Ayurvedic approach to eating that aligns with nature and honors both the seasons and individual needs. Together, we’ll explore simple and practical cooking techniques and ways of preparing everyday home cooked delicious food. We’ll use fresh organic whole foods and spices to nourish and balance the body and mind.
A very special evening… It’s all about love (Sneha in Sanskrit) and appreciation. It’s about sharing space with other phenomenal women. It’s about recognizing and celebrating the inherent beauty within. It’s about taking the time to nurture the feminine with a healing evening practice and a joyful spirit. Girls Night Out! Rest, Relax, Renew, Restore… Wear pajamas (Yoga or other loose clothes are fine if you prefer), enjoy a candlelit restorative Dharma Gentle Yoga sequence, a foot massage and a cup of warm spiced milk or non-dairy milk to prepare for a blissful night’s sleep.
